    📌 Job Title: Human Resource Officer

    📍 Locations:

    • Gombi
    • Hong
    • Mubi North
    • Mubi South
    • Michika
    • Madagali (Adamawa State)

    🧾 Job Summary

    You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, including:

    • Recruitment & onboarding
    • Contract management
    • Performance tracking
    • HR compliance (internal policies + donor rules + Nigerian labor law)

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    HR Operations

    • Maintain HR database and staff records
    • Monitor attendance, leave, and contracts
    • Prepare contracts and manage renewals
    • Handle exit processes

    Administration & Compliance

    • Ensure policy compliance
    • Manage salaries (advances, payslips)
    • Support audits and documentation

    Recruitment

    • Ensure transparent hiring process
    • Proper documentation of recruitment
    • Conduct staff onboarding

    Training & Coordination

    • Identify staff training needs
    • Support internal HR trainings
    • Collaborate across departments

    🎓 Requirements

    • BSc/HND in HR, Public Admin, or related field
    • 2–5 years HR/Admin experience (NGO experience preferred)
    • Certifications (CIPM, NIM, etc.) are a plus
    • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

    💡 Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of humanitarian/NGO sector
    • Experience with donor-funded projects
    • Ability to speak English + Hausa (or other local languages)
    • Strong reporting and communication skills
