Grow Strong Foundation GSF is a child focused women and youth led non profit organization established in 2017. The organization is committed to improving the wellbeing and protection of children, internally displaced persons and other highly vulnerable groups across Northeastern Nigeria. In partnership with organizations such as UNICEF NHF and the Norwegian Refugee Council NRC, GSF delivers humanitarian and development assistance. This is aimed at strengthening resilience. In addition, it promotes protection and supports sustainable community development.

As part of the implementation of its strategic plan, Grow Strong Foundation is inviting applications from qualified and committed individuals. These will fill several vacant positions within the organization. The recruitment aims to strengthen program delivery. In addition, it seeks to expand humanitarian support to vulnerable populations, particularly children, women, and displaced communities.

The available positions include Case Worker, PSS Facilitator, CFS Animator, Community Mobilizer, Protection Monitor, Project Coordinator, Child Protection Officer, GBV Officer, MHPSS Officer, ICT Officer, Accountability Officer, MEAL Officer, Case Management Officer, Nutrition Officer, Traditional Justice Officer, Inclusion Officer, Finance Officer, Logistics and Security Officer, Procurement Officer, and Auditor.

Successful candidates will contribute to the planning implementation monitoring and coordination of humanitarian and protection programs within the project areas. Applicants are expected to demonstrate commitment to humanitarian principles professionalism and the ability to work effectively with vulnerable communities.

The contract duration for the positions is 12 months with project implementation in Borno and Yobe State. Candidates with relevant educational qualifications, including Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, Diploma, or SSCE, depending on the role, are encouraged to apply.
