Active-D Agrotech is expanding its operations and is looking for passionate, driven, and qualified individuals to join the team in various roles.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Personnel:

• Conduct field marketing and outreach activities within assigned locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote company products and services effectively.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback.

Agronomist:

• Provide technical agricultural support and advisory services.
• Monitor crop performance and recommend best agronomic practices.
• Support field trials, research, and farmer training programs.
• Ensure effective implementation of agricultural solutions.

Requirements

• Marketing Personnel:
  Minimum of SSCE certificate, must own or have access to a motorcycle, willing to travel locally, strong communication and networking skills.
• Agronomist:
  BSc / HND / MSc in Agronomy or related field, proven experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, ability to work in field conditions.

Benefits

• Marketing Personnel:
  ₦80,000 monthly (₦50,000 Basic Salary + ₦30,000 Logistics Allowance).
• Agronomist:
  ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly with free accommodation provided.
