VIP Relationship Manager @Blockchain

Overview

This role involves building and scaling Blockchain.com’s VIP and Wealth program by managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The position is designed for relationship builders who can influence client engagement and drive revenue growth in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across onboarding, account support, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience through direct messaging and real-time communication channels.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling across various VIP products.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals and trading patterns.
• Collaborate with institutional sales and other teams to enhance client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and performance within the CRM.
• Create dedicated communication channels for VIP client engagement.
• Stay informed on crypto market trends to engage clients effectively.
• Provide regular updates on client performance and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management or client advisory roles within financial services or crypto.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in upselling complex financial products.
• High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with real-time client communication tools.
• Interest in digital assets and crypto markets.
• Ability to manage a book of business independently.
• Experience in crypto, trading platforms, or institutional brokerage environments is highly desirable.
