VP, Revenue Marketing @Webflow

Overview

Webflow is seeking a VP of Revenue Marketing to lead its Revenue Marketing organization. This remote position in the U.S. involves managing pipeline creation, conversion, expansion marketing, and lifecycle strategies to drive growth and enhance brand trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and iARR targets, managing forecasting, budget allocation, and channel ROI.
• Balance demand creation and capture, focusing on CAC, payback, and cost to book by channel.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary Revenue Marketing team, optimizing end-to-end campaigns across various functions.
• Collaborate with sales to prioritize segments and develop ABM plays for mid-market and enterprise.
• Develop partner-sourced pipeline strategies in partnership with the VP of Partnership.
• Drive lifecycle strategies to boost onboarding, activation, and customer retention.
• Act as 'Customer Zero' to utilize Webflow internally, providing feedback for product priorities and improvements.
• Lead AI transformation within the Revenue Marketing team.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in B2B SaaS revenue marketing with a focus on pipeline and ARR.
• Ability to synthesize data into strategic initiatives.
• Proven trust-building abilities in new team environments.
• Experience operating in sales-led and partner-led models.
• Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, and budget optimization.
