Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or influencer marketing
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital performance metrics
Experience with external agencies and providing strategic oversight
Proven ability to manage influencer relationships and campaigns
Strong analytical skills for actionable insights
Excellent content review and copy optimization capabilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
Preferred: Experience in nonprofit or humanitarian communications; Proficiency in Arabic or Spanish
