Overview

As a Mid Market Account Executive at Harvey, you will drive the growth and success of AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets. The role involves establishing and growing relationships with mid-sized law firms and corporate clients across Spain, understanding their unique challenges, and presenting effective AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a named account list, cultivating inbound leads, and directly outbounding to high-potential prospects.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to contracting and renewals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, aligning solutions with their needs.
• Conduct tailored client evaluations and product demonstrations to showcase Harvey's AI systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop and document the sales playbook for scaling processes.
• Travel to customer office locations and company offices as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in selling complex software solutions using a value-based methodology.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently lead a sales cycle.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Strong capacity to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for AI and its applications, with an interest in the legal profession.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus but not required.
