    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing and new clients through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to resell the product offering.
    • Discover and sell to new Channel Partners interested in selling SwipeSimple.
    • Understand customer pain points and present tailored software solutions.
    • Own and manage project plans for client implementations or major product introductions.
    • Address, resolve, and record customer issues related to product usage and account satisfaction.
    • Travel for onsite client meetings and industry events as necessary.
    • Build and maintain senior management relationships with key partners.
    • Maintain customer relationship management systems.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer trends and feature requests.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of account management experience in the merchant acquiring and payments industry.
    • Proven experience in developing sales strategies to boost revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, particularly with senior leadership and executives.
    • Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers.
    • Experience in communicating with clients and teams to ensure commitments and deliverables are met.
    • Technical understanding of the company's solutions.
