Overview

The company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Brand Partnerships team to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Conduct high volume daily activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Create sales collateral and custom stories to communicate the benefits of Instacart's platform.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rate and revenue generated.
• Utilize sales engagement tools to prioritize leads and engage brands.
• Ensure accurate contact mapping within the book of business.
• Engage active advertisers to drive increased investments.
• Standardize materials and processes for high-quality support.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through project management skills.
• Collaborate with product teams on improvements for ad products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in advertising.
• Strong communication skills with rapport-building ability.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
