    Overview

    The Administrative Officer will coordinate and deliver efficient, responsive, and high-quality administrative services to support CRS operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate administrative activities and resource utilization for cost-effective service delivery
    • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with donor and local regulations
    • Liaise with government officials, landlords, and service providers
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors
    • Support asset tracking, labeling, and maintain updated inventory and asset registers
    • Monitor and manage office consumables and supplies
    • Support implementation of IoT and climate action initiatives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, with NGO experience as an advantage
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Fluency in English
