Overview
The Administrative Officer will coordinate and deliver efficient, responsive, and high-quality administrative services to support CRS operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities and resource utilization for cost-effective service delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with donor and local regulations
- Liaise with government officials, landlords, and service providers
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors
- Support asset tracking, labeling, and maintain updated inventory and asset registers
- Monitor and manage office consumables and supplies
- Support implementation of IoT and climate action initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, with NGO experience as an advantage
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Fluency in English
