Key Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users through targeted outreach to alpha groups, VIP traders, and key opinion leaders.
• Scale the affiliate network to enhance volume for retail products, including prediction markets and futures.
• Conduct direct outreach across various platforms to establish partnerships.
• Design and monitor custom commission structures and incentive programs.
• Analyze competitor offerings to create superior affiliate deals.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships, specifically within Web3, DeFi, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of crypto literacy and derivatives trading.
• Proven network of active Web3 affiliates or communities.
• Strong outreach mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with referral tooling and data attribution mechanics.
