Overview

Talent Lab is hiring an In-State Consultant for a development advisory firm focused on improving health, environmental, and social development outcomes in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of project activities across field and advisory components.
Develop hypotheses, test assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Collect, structure, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data (field & secondary sources).
Prepare structured progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second-Class Upper) in:
- International Development
- Public Health / Medicine
- Health Management
- Economics
- STEM, Finance, or related disciplines
3–6 years of relevant experience in:
- Global health
- International development
- Advisory or implementation roles
Prior experience in:
- Management consulting
- Development consulting
- Donor-funded programs (strongly preferred)
Proven experience in:
- Data analysis
- Stakeholder engagement
- Field-based implementation
