    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in fundraising strategy development
    • Write proposals for donors, including governments and foundations
    • Conduct research to identify funding opportunities
    • Manage databases of partners and prospects
    • Coordinate grant proposal submissions
    • Coordinate foundation projects such as scholarships and mentorships
    • Organize events (virtual and in-person)
    • Monitor project deliverables and impact
    • Support communication efforts through content creation
    • Assist senior leadership with meeting coordination and logistics
    • Prepare briefings and background research
    • Support stakeholder engagement and partnership development

    Requirements

    • 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing and project management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Interest in gender equality, education, climate, and sustainable development
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
    • Experience in NGO or international organization settings (preferred)
    • Knowledge of German or French (preferred)
    • Strong organizational and event coordination skills (preferred)
    • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Zoom, and Canva (preferred)
