Business Analyst - India @Juniper Square

Overview

The role involves working as a Business Analyst on the Revenue Operations team at Juniper Square, a company that aims to unlock the potential of private markets by unifying technology, data, and fund administration services. You will translate operational challenges into clear requirements and scalable solutions while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor from discovery through launch.
• Conduct business discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and AI.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements, including comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enablement with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with systems teams to align on implementation and track progress through UAT and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct testing, track issues, and manage resolution throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage projects and report on status, setting expectations and timelines across concurrent workstreams.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, contributing to the RevOps Confluence document repository.
• Deliver user training and present project launches to partners and cross-functional teams.
• Use AI tools to enhance throughput and analysis quality in your work.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a similar analytical role.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating process flow maps and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Fluency in AI tools, with specific examples of business impact.
• Strong analytical skills and experience querying and interpreting data.
• Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data mapping and quality assurance.
• Project management experience with the ability to set timelines and communicate progress.
• Preferred background in go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, or revenue operations, with experience in tech or startup environments being a plus.
