Business Development Representative - French Speaking @Fivetran

Overview

The role involves working as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Fivetran, focusing on accelerating pipeline generation. The position is ideal for individuals with over 9 months of experience in technology sales, particularly in outbound prospecting and account research.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach
• Partner closely with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and technical pain points
• Engage data, analytics, engineering, IT, and executive personas
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data within Salesforce
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership
• Leverage AI tools for improved prospecting efficiency and messaging quality
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets

Requirements

• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, and cloud
• Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and productivity
• Fluent in French

Location

This is a full-time position based out of Dublin. The role follows a hybrid work model, with two days in the office each week.
