Client Development Representative @Brex

Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets. The Client Development Representative will own customer engagement and expansion within an assigned book of existing customers, combining outreach with consultative discovery to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily customer outreach across email, phone, and social channels to generate a qualified pipeline for expansion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, helping existing customers get more value from Brex.
• Identify and advance expansion opportunities by connecting Brex solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead structured discovery calls and develop commercial proposals.
• Build relationships with finance stakeholders and tailor value messaging.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting, CRM hygiene, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback that improves the product and experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong urgency and adaptability in live customer conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Benefits

The expected OTE range for this role is $73,040 - $86,735 CAD, including base compensation and commissions, with overtime pay for exceeding standard hours.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in Canada, allowing for a minimum of three coordinated office days per week and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
