Overview

Fivetran and dbt are seeking an experienced Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel to join their Legal team. This role focuses on global compliance and employment-related legal support across the United States and potentially internationally, emphasizing dispute and litigation matters in a fast-paced technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies related to compliance with rules and regulations.
• Conduct internal investigations of compliance issues and handle responses.
• Oversee compliance training and related programs.
• Advise on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employment-related claims and support commercial disputes.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 4-7 years of compliance, employment, and/or litigation experience.
• Strong judgment with practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location
