Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking an experienced Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel to join their Legal team. This role focuses on global compliance and employment-related legal support across the United States and potentially internationally, alongside managing various litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies related to ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest.
• Conduct internal investigations of compliance issues and oversee compliance hotline monitoring.
• Advise the People Team and business partners on employment law matters.
• Manage disputes involving commercial contracts, vendors, intellectual property, and bankruptcy.
• Collaborate effectively with all business teams across the company.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment, and/or litigation.
• Strong judgment and practical legal advice abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location
