Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran and dbt are seeking an experienced Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel to join their Legal team. This role focuses on global compliance, employment counseling, and litigation support across the United States and potentially internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies related to ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest.
• Conduct internal investigations and oversee compliance hotline responses and resolutions.
• Advise business partners on employment law matters and support organizational changes.
• Manage employment-related claims and litigation matters.
• Collaborate effectively across all business teams.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment, and/or litigation.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
