Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel @Fivetran

Overview

The role involves joining Fivetran's Legal team as a Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel. The focus will be on global compliance, employment counseling, and legal support related to employment and litigation matters within the United States and potentially internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compliance policies and procedures related to ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest.
• Conduct internal investigations and oversee compliance training.
• Provide legal guidance on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Manage employment-related claims, litigation matters, and commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver practical legal advice and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment, and/or litigation.
• Strong judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel as needed.

Location
