Overview

Fivetran is seeking an experienced Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel to join its Legal team. The role focuses on global compliance, employment counseling, and dispute management across the United States and potentially internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures related to compliance and oversee training programs.
• Advise on a wide range of employment law matters and support organizational changes.
• Manage employment-related claims and support dispute management.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams across the company.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment law, and litigation.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving mentality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
