Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Elastic solutions and expertise to drive customer business value.
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing workshops with clients.
• Conduct end-to-end delivery of Elastic projects and develop proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to identify feature improvements.
• Engage with the Elastic Sales team to scope opportunities and assess technical risks.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their skills development.

Requirements

• Active Elastic Observability Engineer certification.
• Minimum of 7 years as a Consulting Architect or relevant leadership experience.
• Experience delivering professional services in complex enterprise environments.
• Domain expertise in deploying Enterprise Observability solutions.
• Knowledge of installation policies and scalability considerations.
• Experience with monitoring tools integrated into service management.
• Deep understanding of distributed architecture, cloud systems, and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Linux, networking, security, and containerization.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Exceptional communication and customer advocacy skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
