The role of Consulting Architect - Security at Elastic provides the opportunity to work across Services, Engineering, and Sales teams while making a significant impact on the success of Elastic and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and design custom solutions by understanding customer needs and technical challenges.
• Implement and deliver Elastic product solutions, including conducting technology workshops and integrating products into complex architectures.
• Grow and expand customer relationships, including planning capacity and performing technical audits.
• Influence and collaborate with various teams to enhance product features and address technical concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or in senior IT functional leadership.
• Experience in delivering professional services engagements, strong advocacy, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in deploying Elastic Security solutions or similar security domains.
• Hands-on experience in on-prem and cloud platforms, Linux, and networking.
• Demonstrated ability in technical leadership through project lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
