Overview

The Consulting Engineer at Jamf plays a critical role by partnering with Sales and other departments to achieve sales and revenue goals while serving as the technical authority for complex opportunities within the Apple ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and escalation for sales and other departments.
• Lead response to complex RFPs requiring advanced architecture expertise.
• Deliver technical presentations and workshops for enterprise prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with teams to architect custom Apple enterprise solutions.
• Build strategic partner relationships with complementary solution providers.
• Develop internal training on Apple enterprise best practices.
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance current solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apple device management or security.
• Experience in consultative sales or technical sales support roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Apple Enterprise Management technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation languages is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong workshop and facilitation skills are preferred.
