Data Analyst, Reporting Partnerships @Doximity

Overview

Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry, working to help every physician be more productive and provide better patient care. The Data Analyst will be a vital part of the Reporting Partnerships team within the Commercial Data and Analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used for client measurement.
• Deliver new Python scripts for reporting use cases, adapting existing client templates and building custom scripts.
• Conduct daily QA and provide support for SQL and Python inquiries to ensure high code quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain both Python and SQL-based aggregate reports as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in business analytics or performance reporting.
• Excellent SQL skills for creating and evaluating complex statements.
• Fluency in Python with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and debugging scripts for data processing or reporting.
• Experience in client-facing roles, translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Focus on continuous improvement, looking to automate processes and elevate reporting accuracy.
