The role of Deal Desk Analyst at Elastic involves strategic assistance to sales contracting and financial compliance across the EMEA region, focusing on process improvements and scalable solutions to support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance for complex deals, with a focus on compliance.
• Execute and maintain the EMEA Deal Desk support framework.
• Provide support for super-geo Manager and enforce approvals for non-standard deals.
• Advise sales executives on pricing, product configuration, and business terms.
• Support the global Deal Desk leadership in delivering exceptional sales support.
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements.
• Manage CRM workflows around Deal Desk sales engagement.
• Conduct due diligence for changes in offerings and launch of new offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related areas.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite, and Salesforce.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus.
