Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-delivery conversations with customers to confirm details and set expectations.
• Guide customers through key vehicle features tailored to their needs.
• Conduct post-delivery conversations to address any questions.
• Manage lease-end customers and schedule return appointments.
• Document delivery details using Salesforce.
• Ensure vehicle readiness and perform final quality checks before handoff.
• Assist with daily operations as required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.
• Ability to engage authentically with customers and personalize interactions.
• Physical capacity to perform job requirements, including mobility tasks such as twisting and standing for extended periods.
