Overview

Figma is looking for a Design Program Manager for AI Evaluation to oversee contractor and vendor operations related to their design eval programs. This role is crucial in setting quality and velocity standards for assessing AI-generated design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality and velocity across the design eval pipeline, enhancing calibration and judgment standards.
• Set benchmarks for high-quality reference designs for the eval pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end contractor hiring process, including sourcing and screening.
• Oversee vendor logistics, budgets, SOWs, contracts, and partner with Legal, Security, and Procurement.
• Handle day-to-day program management for contractors and eval workstreams.
• Collaborate with model designers to review contractor eval output.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline eval workstreams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design program management or a related design role.
• Deep knowledge of UI design and the ability to coach others.
• Experience with managing design contractors or third-party vendors.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Familiarity with Figma's product offerings.
• Experience with AI tools or workflow automations.
• Participation in design evaluation or quality review programs.
