Overview

Figma is looking for a Designer Advocate to support their mission of making design accessible to all. This role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams while engaging with the design community.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower users by collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience teams to unlock Figma’s full potential.
• Create compelling written, visual, and video resources to reflect modern design workflows.
• Foster relationships within the Figma community and nurture user-driven initiatives.
• Present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events.
• Stay attuned to community feedback and advocate for user-centric product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Figma with experience embedding it into product teams.
• Understanding of product design workflows and AI-assisted design.
• Strong technical design skills and experience in developing tools that support design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
• Passion for contributing to the design community and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Fluency in German or Polish is a plus.
