Overview

Juniper Square is seeking an SEO & AEO Manager to enhance its visibility across organic search and AI answer engines. The role is integral to the Corporate Marketing team and focuses on strategy execution for technical SEO, AEO, and GEO, while leveraging AI in initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Manage on-page optimization, site architecture, internal linking, and technical audits with partners.
• Monitor site crawl efficiency and indexing, managing structured data and emerging AI protocols.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships for SEO, AEO, and content production.
• Win citations in AI answer engines through optimized content and controlled experiments.
• Build authority in private markets to gain backlinks and media citations.
• Collaborate with content experts to enhance Juniper Square's presence in private markets discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO with hands-on experience in technical SEO for a large B2B organization.
• Demonstrated AEO/GEO experience with proven results.
• Proven track record of earning backlinks through original research.
• Experience with SEO/GEO tools and AI citation monitoring.
• Technical fluency in structured data and schema markup.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in AEO/GEO practices.
• Familiarity with content optimization for social media and video.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or private markets is a plus.
