Overview

1Password is seeking an Intermediate Developer with a full-stack or backend-focused background to join their Enterprise Tenants and Policies team. This remote role is aimed at helping large organizations manage 1Password at scale, focusing on multi-tenancy, linked accounts, and policy management.

Key Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new and existing enterprise features.
• Build features that support multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console experience.
• Contribute to the transition from a monolithic application to a microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Write comprehensive tests and review code to maintain high code quality.
• Mentor junior and new team members.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Be available for on-call rotational work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with a modern backend language (e.g., Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.
• Enjoy solving moderately complex problems.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Comfortable working across multiple services and teams.
