Overview

The role of Full Stack/iOS Developer at 1Password involves contributing to the company’s mission of creating a secure and productive digital future. This position is remote and available to candidates located in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within your team’s codebase.
• Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight.
• Participate in the development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code, and contribute to evolving testing strategies.
• Document work clearly and share context with the team.
• Provide thoughtful code reviews to improve quality and support team delivery.
• Collaborate with customer support to investigate issues and prioritize feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience building user-facing features.
• Comfort navigating existing codebases and proposing improvements.
• Strong communication skills to share progress and raise blockers.
• Collaborative mindset, seeking and incorporating feedback.
• Bonus: Experience with iOS features, Swift, production systems, and improving developer workflows.
