Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling for a high-availability voice platform.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation to enhance system reliability.
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform health.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support the scalability and optimization of the CoreVoice infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, from deployment workflows to operational runbooks.
• Contribute to the evolution of the production system while ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python/Shell/Bash and other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, ArgoCD).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, CloudWatch).
• A self-starter mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
