    Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of compensation cycles with increased precision and speed.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to address complex compensation challenges.
    • Drive enhancements to equity compensation strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
    • Lead a team of compensation business partners while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
    • Manage compensation frameworks for international expansion, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of compensation experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience supporting large R&D or Engineering functions and advising senior leaders on compensation issues.
    • Deep expertise in equity compensation design and strategy within the tech sector.
    • Ability to build and scale compensation programs and transform data into actionable insights.
    • Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve compensation processes.
