    Overview

    Fivetran is looking for a Director of GTM Strategy & Planning to lead strategic decisions for their go-to-market initiatives. The company aims to empower organizations by providing seamless data integration and analytics through their services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop a team focused on GTM strategy and planning, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Drive the annual and ongoing GTM planning cycle in partnership with the CRO, CMO, and Finance.
    • Manage the annual headcount planning process, aligning with strategic priorities.
    • Design and execute global quota-setting and territory planning processes.
    • Drive strategic decisions regarding market segmentation and coverage model design.
    • Own pipeline modeling targets across all GTM teams and collaborate with Finance for revenue forecasts.
    • Develop and maintain partner GTM strategies ensuring integration with broader GTM plans.
    • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance GTM productivity.
    • Perform market analysis to guide geography-specific GTM strategies.
    • Advise on sales compensation structure design to drive desired behaviors.
    • Prepare GTM performance materials for executive forums.
    • Build strategic planning frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy or management consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • 4+ years of experience managing a team with a successful track record.
    • Demonstrated experience in quota design and headcount modeling.
    • Strong analytical skills with financial acumen.
    • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market models.
    • Ability to operate at the executive level effectively.
    • Experience with market sizing and entry prioritization.
    • Effective communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly.

    Location
