Overview

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate. The company is seeking a Director of IT to own IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering, ensuring the technology backbone scales as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering, including end-user support and network infrastructure.
• Oversee A/V, conference room, and live production technology, leading the team for internal broadcasts and events.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of managers and senior engineers; establish new IT infrastructure engineering roles as needed.
• Set service-level standards for global IT operations and ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Drive the technical roadmap for systems and network architecture incorporating security best practices.
• Partner with Security to ensure all systems meet compliance and security standards.
• Manage IT operations budget and vendor relationships, leveraging company scale for negotiations.
• Establish operational processes such as change control and asset management to support scaling.
• Build reporting frameworks for leadership to monitor IT health, risk, and investment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations and/or systems and network engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in modern IT infrastructure: identity management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration, and enterprise networking.
• Proven track record of scaling IT operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience in security compliance and collaboration with Security/Compliance teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.

Benefits

Competitive compensation ranging from $224,000 to $336,000 USD.
