Overview

Harvey is scaling rapidly, seeking a Director of IT to oversee IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering. This role involves managing critical technology infrastructure to support the company's growth and ensuring an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering, focusing on end-user support, endpoint management, and network infrastructure.
• Lead and manage A/V technology for internal broadcasts and live events.
• Coach and develop a team of managers and senior engineers.
• Set service-level standards for IT across global offices.
• Drive the technical roadmap for systems and network architecture.
• Partner with Security to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and data protection standards.
• Manage the IT infrastructure budget and vendor relationships.
• Establish operational processes and reporting for IT health and investments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations or systems and network engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, cloud collaboration, and enterprise networking.
• Proven track record in scaling IT operations in high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adept at working in fast-paced, global environments.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $224,000 to $336,000 USD.

Remote, based in the United States.
