Overview
The role involves leading Harvey's Legal Engineering teams across EMEA, reporting to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations. This position focuses on organizational leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers serving Harvey's in-house customers.
- Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms for exceptional customer outcomes at scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior stakeholders.
- Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, talent development, and operational excellence.
- Help define the future of Legal Engineering.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house, with significant client-facing experience.
- Proven track record of leading managers and building scalable, high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships and manage upward.
- Deep understanding of law firms and legal teams, encompassing corporate, litigation, compliance, and legal technology landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Experience in legal technology, consulting, or customer-facing organizations.
