The WHO Foundation (WHOF) is seeking a Director of Strategic Engagement to strengthen the partnership between the Foundation and WHO, focusing on strategic collaboration and resource mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with WHO leadership and maintain understanding of WHO’s institutional landscape.
Align WHO priorities with the Foundation’s investment strategies.
Promote consistency in messaging and engagement approaches.
Identify and shape high-impact opportunities aligned with WHO priorities.
Partner with the Chief Development Officer to align institutional engagement with fundraising strategies.
Build a high-performing Strategic Engagement function.

Requirements

Significant senior-level experience in global health or international development.
Engagement with executive-level stakeholders in multilateral or philanthropic environments.
Proven success in building strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication and strategic writing skills.
Strong political awareness and ability to navigate institutional dynamics.
