Enterprise Account Executive II @Brex

Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive II will be part of the sales team at Brex, focused on expanding the company's reach into the Enterprise segment by hunting strategic, global new clients and communicating the value of their Financial Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deal cycle by leveraging personal networks and strategic prospecting to identify decision-makers and penetrate Enterprise customers.
• Build and manage a robust Enterprise sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of Brex’s products and services to align solutions with customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience in a new logo acquisition environment.
• Experience closing deals with F1000 customers and Large Enterprise Organizations with a minimum of 1,000 global employees.
• Familiarity with SaaS products/solutions and ability to effectively communicate value/ROI.
• Consistent quota attainment and a track record of being a top 10% performer.
• Ability to conduct independent product demos.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bonus points for familiarity selling financial software (Expense Management, ERP, AP Automation, etc.).

Benefits

The expected OTE range for this role in Seattle is $294,000 - $325,000. The compensation package may include salary, commissions, and potentially equity, depending on the position offered.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in Seattle, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week with an allowance for up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
