Overview

The role of Staff Product Manager at Fivetran involves overseeing key areas of the monetization platform, focusing on billing, metering, entitlements, and subscription lifecycle management. This position is essential for delivering a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy monetization experience, critical to customer trust and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for core monetization platform capabilities, including billing, metering, entitlements, subscriptions, invoicing, and usage reporting.
• Partner with Engineering to enhance Fivetran’s billing and metering architecture and operational dependencies.
• Translate pricing and packaging strategies into product requirements and platform capabilities.
• Define the product strategy for customer-facing monetization experiences.
• Collaborate with strategic pricing PMs to support company growth and revenue goals.
• Define success metrics and operational KPIs for billing and monetization systems.
• Lead cross-functional execution across various teams.
• Support pricing and packaging launches and manage the monetization implementation workstream.
• Identify and resolve billing edge cases and customer pain points.
• Leverage AI tools to improve product development processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in platform, monetization, billing, or pricing domains.
• Experience with usage-based or SaaS monetization systems.
• Strong systems thinking and navigation of complex workflows.
• Proven track record in cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Analytical and metrics-driven with experience in defining KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.

Location

This is a full-time position based out of the Novi Sad office, with a hybrid work model requiring two days in the office each week.
