Enterprise Account Executive - Public Sector @Databricks

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic go-to-market plan prioritizing government agendas and creating sustainable growth.
• Manage an existing portfolio of Irish Government strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across unengaged departments and agencies.
• Translate national and departmental priorities into compelling value propositions.
• Engage with decision-makers and guide opportunities forward.
• Run a consumption-led sales approach to grow account usage over time.
• Orchestrate resources across professional services and partners to maximize account impact.
• Maintain a customer focus by delivering outcomes through the Databricks Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

• Proven track record of quota attainment in public-sector sales.
• Experience in building go-to-market strategies and driving growth.
• Knowledge of Irish Government structures and procurement processes.
• Sales experience in cloud software or related technology fields.
• Experience with usage-based sales models and co-selling with major cloud providers.
• Able to identify relevant use cases and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
