Overview
Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. The Enterprise Client Sales Executive will own a portfolio of high-value accounts within Brex’s Enterprise segment, focusing on business expansion and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic card adoption and expanding client use of Brex’s Spend Management suite.
- Achieve long-term retention by understanding client needs and executing strategies to mitigate churn risks.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities by analyzing account performance and usage.
- Lead renewal and expansion cycles, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
- Build executive-level relationships across stakeholders to strengthen account resilience.
- Anticipate client needs and take accountability for revenue and retention outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver unified client outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous sales discipline including pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Surface client insights to influence product roadmap and improvements.
- Solve complex problems creatively to convert challenges into opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology.
- Proven success with enterprise-level accounts and complex deal cycles.
- Consistent record of exceeding quota and delivering top performance.
- Demonstrated mastery of renewal and expansion cycles.
- Track record of driving net revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, or credit risk management.
- Experience with financial operations platforms.
- Recognized as a top performer in prior sales roles.
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes.
Benefits
The compensation for this role includes an OTE range of $253,120 - $316,400, depending on various factors.
Location
Hybrid role based in the United States, with a requirement of three days per week in the San Francisco office, and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
