    • Strong knowledge of governance, financial oversight, risk management, and sustainability
    • Experience building strategic relationships with boards, executive leadership teams, affiliates, and regional stakeholders
    • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
    • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Commitment to feminist, decolonial, and inclusive leadership approaches
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

The organization noted that the role requires someone capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution while helping strengthen collaboration across the global confederation.

    Oxfam’s Global Mission

Oxfam International continues to be one of the world’s leading humanitarian and development confederations, working with communities, activists, and local partners to address poverty and injustice globally.

The organization responds to humanitarian emergencies, supports recovery efforts, and campaigns for economic justice, gender equality, climate justice, and accountable governance.

Oxfam says its long-term vision is to help build a world that is more equal, just, and sustainable, where all people have access to opportunities, rights, and dignity.
