• Proven expertise in organizational transformation and change management
• Strong knowledge of governance, financial oversight, risk management, and sustainability
• Experience building strategic relationships with boards, executive leadership teams, affiliates, and regional stakeholders
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commitment to feminist, decolonial, and inclusive leadership approaches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
