    Overview

    The role of Executive Business Partner involves supporting senior leaders within Lyft's Foundations & AI Transformation organization. This position requires managing the calendars of multiple executives, coordinating meetings and events, and contributing to organizational initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively manage the executive’s complex calendar and coordinate meetings, travel, and administrative tasks.
    • Work collaboratively with fellow Executive Business Partners to ensure consistent coverage across leaders.
    • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders while identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
    • Provide independent solutions to issues and escalate when necessary.
    • Stay informed on leaders’ priorities and major projects to serve as a resource for stakeholders.
    • Plan offsites and team events.
    • Project-manage initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
    • Provide mentorship to other Executive Business Partners.
    • Manage budget and expenses.
    • Partner with Office Operations and IT teams for optimal meeting setups.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for C-level executives.
    • Ability to anticipate and manage responsibilities proactively.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to build solid relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with a creative working style.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

    Location

    This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
