Key Responsibilities
- Build the narrative framework for executives to articulate Figma's story and their own.
- Collaborate with the communications team on media strategy, ensuring sound messaging and channel selection.
- Partner with executives to refine their ideas and broader perspectives.
- Create the necessary infrastructure for consistent and distinct executive storytelling.
- Measure impact and foster a culture of experimentation in executive communications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in crafting narratives for senior executives across various formats and audiences.
- Proven track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions.
- Executive presence and ability to influence others.
- Media relations experience with sound judgment on messaging and reputation.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a history of delivering high-quality work.
