They are hiring Field Engineers focused on Healthcare to work closely with enterprise customers, guiding them through evaluations and demonstrating the value of AI in engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to own technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and technical validation for new deals and expansions.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, security, product, and IT stakeholders.
• Engage deeply in high-security environments encompassing developer workflows and AI tooling.
• Connect Cursor to outcomes regarding developer productivity, secure software delivery, and mission velocity.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboards, and workshops for various audiences.
• Act as the customer's technical advocate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to relate technical details to operational impacts.
• Hands-on technical proficiency, including familiarity with workflows and AI tooling.
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, particularly in federal or defense sectors.
• Interest in Healthcare with a willingness to learn about relevant buying motions and security expectations.
