Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Japan field marketing plan across the full go-to-market funnel from PR to deal support.
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Lead executive engagement programs and develop partner marketing initiatives.
- Oversee PR and communications activities to build Twilio's brand credibility in Japan.
- Plan and deliver demand generation programs through events, webinars, and account-based marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on insights.
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead handoff and late-stage pipeline acceleration.
- Adapt global campaign assets for the Japanese market, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with regional marketing resources and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation.
- Proven success in designing and executing brand-to-revenue GTM programs in the Japanese market.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent collaboration skills across sales and marketing teams.
- Full professional fluency in English and Japanese; deep understanding of Japanese business practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within Japan.
