Key Responsibilities

• Own the contract to cash process from quote through collections, ensuring efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline the flow between Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign workflows related to deal structuring and collections.
• Automate financial processes including reconciliations and procure-to-pay operations.
• Maintain and oversee the NetSuite OneWorld environment, ensuring proper configuration and workflow.
• Build and deploy applications that enhance the internal capabilities of the finance team.
• Provide training and documentation to increase the skills of existing team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including relevant configurations and workflows.
• Deep understanding of CRM and ERP integration, particularly in quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience in automating finance operations through scripting and workflow design.
• Proficiency in coding with SuiteScript or JavaScript, SQL, and version control systems.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive processes to completion.
