    Overview

    The Financial Manager position at Twilio is focused on operational budget management, financial forecasting, and strategic decision support within the global Marketing organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage Marketing’s total OPEX budget and program spend tracking across ten distinct Marketing functions.
    • Drive financial planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-term modeling across the Marketing organization.
    • Lead in-quarter budget pacing and reallocate uncommitted funds to high-priority initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Accounting on month-end accruals and close processes.
    • Execute financial analyses and decision support for strategic marketing programs and vendor renewals.
    • Modernize forecasting workflows using FP&A systems and automation tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
    • 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance in a technology or SaaS environment.
    • Experience managing high-volume OPEX budgets ($50M+), complex PO tracking, and vendor accruals.
    • Ability to work independently with senior leaders and explain financial concepts clearly.
    • Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with FP&A platforms and ERP systems.
    • Desired: Experience supporting Marketing or GTM functions and automating financial workflows.
